National Account Executive ready to step up?
The Role:
As a National Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key retail partners across the UK, including grocery, high street, and discounter channels. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales, developing strategic plans, and executing commercial initiatives to maximise revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop existing national retail accounts while identifying new opportunities for growth.
Build strong relationships with buyers and key decision-makers.
Deliver joint business plans (JBPs) to align with customer and company objectives.
Analyse sales data and market trends to drive category growth and performance.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.
Negotiate pricing, promotions, and terms to maximise profitability.
Regularly visit customers and attend trade events to strengthen relationships and drive new business.
Travel to the Midlands HQ weekly for meetings and collaboration.
