Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic commercial plans to drive sales, market share, and profitability across key national retail accounts.
Lead and develop a high-performing team, inspiring them to deliver outstanding customer engagement and sales execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, acting as a trusted advisor to drive joint business plans.
Identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights, category management, and innovation strategies.
Own P&L responsibility for assigned accounts, ensuring commercial targets and KPIs are met.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and category teams to align customer strategies with business objectives.
Stay ahead of market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.

Proven experience in a senior national account or commercial leadership role within the FMCG sector, ideally in confectionery or snacking. (Experience of working with Asda is preferred)
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable growth and managing P&L.
Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills with key retailers.
Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
