We are looking for a Customer Success Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career in data, software, and consultancy, working directly with major global brands. You will support the wider Customer Success Team in delivering exceptional service, insights, and outcomes for their clients, while also managing a portfolio of your own dedicated customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Customer Success Team in day-to-day client relationship management.
Deliver high-quality data insights and actionable recommendations to customers.
Manage and grow your own portfolio of client accounts, ensuring they achieve measurable value.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Commercial teams to resolve client issues and enhance platform experience.
Prepare and deliver customer reports, presentations, and performance reviews.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
Work directly with leading global FMCG and CPG brands.
Hybrid working model (3 days in the Reading HQ, 2 days remote).

Strong academic record (minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent).
