Commercial Finance Executive

The Role:  

This is a brilliant opportunity if you want broad commercial exposure and genuine ownership. 

You will: 

• Lead the month-end Gross-to-Net process 

• Own KPI reporting + performance dashboards 

• Drive UK demand forecasting across Commercial, Ops & Logistics 

• Support planning cycles (quarterly + AOP) 

• Analyse field team metrics to generate actionable insights 

• Support OPEX forecasting and wider commercial projects 

• Work closely with senior leaders in an incredibly flat structure 

• Get exposure to international markets beyond the UK 

• Salary circa £50k p.a DOE 

• 10% Bonus 

• Hybrid working: 2–3 days/week in the London office.

• 2–5 years in Commercial Finance, Operations, Revenue Management or FMCG Sales 

• Strong forecasting, budgeting and commercial value chain understanding 

• Advanced Excel + solid PowerPoint skills 

• A curious, analytical, commercial mindset 

• Comfort working at pace and managing multiple workstreams 

• Degree preferred but not essential.
