This position will primarily identify the opportunity, create the brand's goals and strategy, and carry out the necessary tactics.
Additionally, working with agencies and in-house social support, the role will involve media planning and delivery for your category.
In addition to being responsible for meeting financial KPIs, you will be expected to own the household portfolio's P&L, own the product development needed for launch into multiple categories and jurisdictions, and develop and implement the communications and media strategy needed to support a successful launch. These expectations are supported by your ability to create and successfully execute brand and commercial plans.
