Since joining Vertex Resourcing in 2016, I’ve been working behind the scenes to support the business in a variety of ways. Most recently, I’ve been focused on a project aimed at driving the growth of our consultant team by finding the very best recruiters out there. My role is dynamic - I wear many hats and adapt to whatever the business needs at any given moment. I lead our onboarding efforts to ensure a smooth and engaging Welcome & Induction process, while also overseeing HR, office operations, marketing, and advertising, among other areas.
