Whilst Vertex Resourcing has always promoted a strong anti-discrimination stance we have, in line with measures brought into force on October 1st 2006 by Statutory Instrument 2006 No. 1031 (The Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006), made certain procedural changes:

Dates of birth will not be included in documentation sent by Vertex to clients in support of a candidate’s CV;
Marital status will not be included in such documentation;
Dates of birth and age will be removed from candidates’ CVs when registered with Vertex; and
Dates of birth will not be visible to consultants conducting search activity.
