3 years procurement experience
MCIPS qualified (or working towards)

This is a post within a developing procurement function at an exciting time of step-change. With an investment in procurement there is an opportunity to join a function that has ambitions to be best in sector and has just recently been received a ‘highly commended’ award at the CIPS Awards for best small team. It is envisaged that the post will be aligned to Marketing and Fundraising areas of spend (creative services, print, events, fundraising services etc) though there will be scope for cross-category working as part of the role’s development.
The post holder will be required to support stakeholders with the design and development of sourcing strategies with a longer-term vision to support category strategy and planning for the areas of responsibility. It is expected that the jobholder be able to manage cross-functional stakeholders through the entire procurement lifecycle from concept through to contract signature and service implementation. The successful applicant will have high personal integrity and a desire to be personally accountable for delivering effective outcomes.
